  • How many sessions will I need?
This is the #1 question everyone is asking! It usually depends on what the problem is. It differs from person to person. I know that sounds like a standard answer. It differs from person to person and from problem to problem. On average, customized, multi-session treatment-plan has helped most people. Why multi-sessions? - Hypnosis is like peeling the layers of an onion. When people get sick and the doctor must prescribe medication, isn’t it a series of days if not weeks to follow through the treatment-plan of that medication, to get better? We all know what happens when you break that course of medication. You either rubber band back to where you began being ill, or you get worse and end up taking another lot of medication later, because you did not follow the instructions well. Hypnosis is also a process, and a treatment-plan. Each session builds on top of each other so that we can get to the root cause of the problem. We must trust the process and instructions given, leave the “how-logic” at the door, so that you can begin to heal and live your life a much better way and feeling REVITALIZED.
  • How do I know if hypnosis has helped me?
Results vary from person to person. Also, some changes that happens in you may be subtle. It may even be by the way you feel and think. Eventually, the way you do things. It all depends on the issues that we will be working on.
  • How long is a hypnosis session?
    A hypnosis session can range from a 1 - 1.5 hours long.
  • Who is in control of my mind during hypnosis?
You are very much in control in your hypnosis sessions. Your hypnotist is there to guide and coach you with the issues you present and any changes you would like to make, in order to be a better and revitalized you!
  • Can I be hypnotized?
The focus is not on whether you can be hypnotized or not. Just follow instructions and stay focused on the work we are doing and you might just be surprised with what you have accomplished by just following the instructions give step by step.
